A one-time step. After your first login you'll stay signed in unless you log out or switch phones.

Forgot your username?

Tap Need Login Help at the bottom of the login screen, enter your email address, and your username will be emailed to you. (Never logged in before? Follow the “signing in the first time” steps above instead.)

The main event

How to RSVP for an event

Six quick taps from finding an event to having it on your calendar.

Not for clinics & lessons

This is for club events. Tennis, pickleball, and swim clinics and lessons are booked separately through the Play by Point app (playbypoint.com) — not here.

Find your event

Open the app and look under Featured Events on the home screen. For everything else, tap Quick Action (in the bar along the bottom of your screen) → Club Calendar for the full schedule. On the calendar you can filter by event type — like dining or social — to narrow things down.

Open it

Tap the event. Choose Event Details to see the flyer and info, or tap the Register button to start booking.

Set your party size

Tap + next to Adults and Children to add seats, then tap Done. Available sizes vary by event.

Add who's coming

Tap Select Attendee to add from your Members, Buddies, or Guests lists. Or use My Family + to add family members fast.

Confirm

Tap Complete Event Registration. You're booked — it now shows under Upcoming Reservations on your home screen.

Add it to your calendar

Tap Add to Calendar so the event lands on your phone's calendar automatically.

Pay your statement

You can settle your club bill right from the app.

Quick Action → My Statements

See your current balance, then tap Make a Payment to pay by ACH or credit card. Use Manage Payment Methods to add or update a saved card.
